US Law Firm – London – Senior Renewables Energy Projects Associate
Bond Chambers is partnering with a leading US law firm to recruit a Senior Energy Projects Associate to join its London office, with a focus on Renewables.
The firm has built a formidable reputation in the energy transition space, advising on some of the most complex and high-value renewable energy projects globally. Their London energy team sits at the heart of their international practice and is a key part of the firm’s growth strategy.
In this role, you will advise developers, sponsors, lenders and funds on the full spectrum of renewable energy projects — from onshore and offshore wind to solar, battery storage and hydrogen. The work spans project development, financing, construction and acquisition across the UK and internationally.
What this role offers:
Remuneration: The firm positions itself at the top of the market and offers a compensation package to match. If you are looking to maximise your earning potential, this is the role.
Deal Quality: You will work on landmark transactions at the cutting edge of the energy transition. The complexity and scale of the deals will push your development as a practitioner.
Partnership Track: The firm has a strong track record of promoting from within. Senior associates are given real responsibility and are actively supported on the path to partnership.
Platform: The London team works in close collaboration with the firm’s US and international offices, giving you access to a truly global practice and a blue-chip client base.
We are keen to speak with England & Wales qualified solicitors with 4 to 7 years PQE and a solid grounding in renewable energy projects. Experience in project finance or energy M&A alongside core projects work would be an advantage.
If this role is of interest, or if you would like a broader conversation about the market, please reach out to us for a confidential discussion.
