A high proportion of the work we undertake relates to senior appointments. Searches for Partners and teams in private practice, the General Counsel, Head of Legal, and Regional General Counsel of companies engaged in trading, shipping, and associated service industries.

We have a great deal of experience in building law firms’ offerings in specific practice areas from the top down and offer commercial advice based on the developing needs of a law firm’s current or target client base. We have also been involved in building in-house legal departments from a starting point of a company not having a legal group to establishing an international legal team. 

We also work with Associates in law firms and the Legal Counsel of companies engaged in trading and shipping activities, offering our clients a complete service and facilitating moves at all stages of a lawyer’s career.
